Correction and Retraction

Correction and Retraction Policy

The Correction and Retraction policy of the Atma Reksa scientific journal aims to maintain the integrity and accuracy of academic publications. The following are key aspects of this policy:

  1. Correction (Erratum)
  • An erratum is published when minor errors are found in an article that do not affect the main conclusions.
  • Correctable errors may include typographical errors, mistakes in tables or figures, and minor data errors.
  • The original article remains available but will be accompanied by an erratum notice linked to the corrected version.
  1. Retraction
  • An article may be retracted if evidence emerges that the research findings are unreliable, whether due to methodological errors, ethical violations, or plagiarism.
  • Retracted articles are not removed from the online journal but will be accompanied by a retraction notice explaining the reasons for the retraction.
  • Retraction may also be carried out if the article has been published elsewhere without permission or if there is a copyright violation.
  1. Publisher's Note
  • A Publisher's Note is used to correct errors originating from the production process, such as mistakes in article metadata (title, author list, or affiliations).
  • The original article will be replaced with the corrected version, and the Publisher's Note will be accessible to all readers.
  1. Correction and Retraction Process
  • Authors and affiliated institutions will be notified if their article undergoes correction or retraction.
  • All correction and retraction notices will be published openly and indexed to ensure transparency for readers and the academic community.
